Our story began in 1960 in London’s East End, where our founder, David Friedman, set out with a clear mission: to create high-quality ties with honesty, hard work, and genuine care for every customer. Starting from a small workshop, David didn’t just make ties—he built lasting relationships based on trust and exceptional craftsmanship. For him, it was never about quantity, but about doing things the right way.

As word spread and demand grew, the business expanded and eventually moved to our factory and head office in Wembley, North London. Today, we proudly continue producing beautifully crafted ties and scarves. Now a leading UK manufacturer, we serve schools, businesses, and organisations nationwide, while staying true to the values David instilled over 60 years ago—treating every order, big or small, with the same dedication and care.

Our business operates under two distinct but united brands: Wizz for Kids Ties, our well-known school tie division, and the corporate side, Charles London. Although these began as separate entities, they now come together under one trusted brand, delivering the same commitment to quality and service across all sectors.
